قال الناطق الإعلامي باسم مديرية الأمن العام إنّه ورد بلاغ إلى غرفة العمليات أمس حول وجود جثّة شخص متوفى داخل أحد المنازل في لواء الأزرق وعلى الفور تحركت الأجهزة الأمنيّة للموقع وتم إخلاء الوفاة إلى الطب الشرعي لبيان سبب الوفاة.

وأكّد الناطق الإعلامي أنّ التحقيقات قادت لتعرّض الشخص المتوفى للضرب من قبل شخص آخر قبل وفاته، وأُلقي القبض على المشتبه به واعترف بضرب المجني عليه على أنحاء متفرّقة من جسده في أثناء عمله لديه بمحلّه التجاري وما زالت التحقيقات جارية.
