استقبل رئيس هيئة الأركان المشتركة اللواء الركن يوسف الحنيطي، الخميس، في مكتبه بالقيادة العامة، السفير القطري في عمّان الشيخ سعود بن ناصر بن جاسم آل ثاني.

وبحث الحنيطي مع السفير خلال اللقاء، سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية والتعاون المشترك في مختلف المجالات إلى جانب مناقشة آخر التطورات على الساحة الإقليمية.

وعبّر السفير القطري عن تقديره للدور المحوري للأردن بقيادة جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني في دعم الأمن والسلم في المنطقة والإقليم، مؤكدا أهمية مواصلة التعاون المشترك بما يخدم مصلحة القوات المسلحة في البلدين.
