أوعز وزير الداخلية مازن الفراية، للحكام الإداريين بالإفراج عن (453) موقوفا إداريا، وذلك اعتبارا من الخميس.

ويأتي هذا القرار، في إطار الإجراءات التي تتخذها الوزارة بهدف إتاحة الفرصة للمفرج عنهم بالانخراط في المجتمع، وتعزيز فرصتهم بالإصلاح وتمكينهم من مزاولة حياتهم الطبيعية بين أسرهم وأهاليهم، وذلك بعد أن تمت دراسة ملفاتهم وطبيعة قضاياهم، والاكتفاء بالمدد التي أمضوها بالتوقيف.

وقالت الوزارة في بيان إن هذا يأتي ضمن نهج الوزارة الإنساني بالتعامل مع التوقيف الإداري وفق الضمانات المنصوص عليها في القانون، بالتوازي مع مراعاة الضوابط القانونية والأمنية التي تهدف إلى تقييد النشاط الجرمي للأشخاص الخطرين.
