المفوضية الأوروبية تقدم خطة بـ90 مليار يورو لتمويل أوكرانيا خلال عامين

طرحت رئيسة الاتحاد الأوروبي أورسولا فون دير لايين الأربعاء، خطة لتوفير 90 مليار يورو (105 مليارات دولار) لأوكرانيا على مدى عامين، لتمكينها من "قيادة مفاوضات السلام من موقع قوة".

وقالت رئيسة المفوضية الأوروبية خلال تقديمها مقترحات التمويل: "نقترح اليوم تغطية ثلثي احتياجات أوكرانيا التمويلية للعامين المقبلين".

وسيموّل القرض إما من خلال عملية اقتراض من الاتحاد الأوروبي أو باستخدام الأصول الروسية المجمّدة في الاتحاد، وهو الخيار الذي أيدته المفوضية لكن بلجيكا، العضو الرئيسي، عارضته بشدة.
