الأمم المتحدة تعتمد قرارا يطالب إسرائيل بالانسحاب من الجولان

اعتمدت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة فجر الأربعاء قرارا يعتبر استمرار احتلال إسرائيل وضمّها للجولان السوري غير قانوني، ويطالب بانسحابها إلى خط الرابع من حزيران 1967.

وصوتت 123 دولة لصالح مشروع القرار الذي قدمته مصر، وعارضته إسرائيل و6 دول، فيما امتنعت 41 دولة عن التصويت.

وينص القرار على أن قرار إسرائيل الصادر في الـ 14 من كانون الأول 1981 بفرض قوانينها وولايتها القضائية وإدارتها على الجولان السوري المحتل، باطل ولاغٍ وليس له أي شرعية على الإطلاق.

ويطالب القرار إسرائيل بالانسحاب من الجولان السوري المحتل إلى خط الرابع من حزيران 1967 تنفيذاً لقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة.
