ألمانيا وسويسرا تصادران "خلاط بيتكوين" وتضبطان 25 مليون يورو

أعلنت السلطات في ألمانيا وسويسرا، يوم الاثنين أنه تم بنجاح مصادرة البنية التحتية لخوادم ما يعرف بـ"خلاط بيتكوين" وإيقاف المنصة، كما تم ضبط عملات مشفرة بقيمة تعادل نحو 25 مليون يورو.

وقالت نائبة رئيس الشرطة الجنائية الألمانية مارتينا لينك: "هذه العملية تمثل خطوة مهمة أخرى في مكافحة غسل الأموال على المستوى الدولي عبر الإنترنت من خلال خلاطات العملات المشفرة".

وأوضح المكتب الاتحادي للشرطة الجنائية الألمانية أن المنصة التي تحمل اسم "cryptomixer.io" وتعمل منذ عام 2016 كانت تستخدم لإخفاء تدفقات الأموال، حيث كان بالإمكان إيداع وسحب العملات المشفرة بشكل مجهول.

وأضاف المكتب أن هناك شبهة قوية بأن الجزء الأكبر من الأصول المتداولة هناك كان ذا أصل إجرامي.

ويواجه المشغلون اتهامات بغسل الأموال بغرض التربح وتشغيل منصة تجارية إجرامية.
