أقرَّ مجلس الوزراء في جلسته التي عقدها الأحد، برئاسة رئيس الوزراء جعفر حسَّان، نظام التَّنظيم الإداري للمحكمة الدستوريَّة لسنة 2025م.

ويهدف النِّظام لتمكين المحكمة الدستورية من القيام بالمهام المنوطة بها والواجبات الملقاة على عاتقها بموجب التشريعات المتعلقة بعملها، ووضع هيكل تنظيمي ينظِّم مهام المحكمة، ويحدِّد ارتباط الوحدات التنظيمية فيها وأساليب الاتصال والتنسيق فيما بينها، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على أداء المهام بكفاءة.
