حقق الفيصلي فوزاً ثميناً على الأهلي بنتيجة 2–1، في اللقاء الذي احتضنه ستاد الأمير محمد في الزرقاء مساء اليوم الجمعة، ضمن منافسات الجولة السادسة من بطولة درع اتحاد الكرة.

وبادر الأهلي إلى التسجيل قبل نهاية الشوط الأول في الدقيقة 44، ومع انطلاق الشوط الثاني، كثّف الفيصلي ضغطه بحثاً عن العودة، ليتمكن من إدراك التعادل في الدقيقة 62، قبل أن يحقق هدف الفوز عند الدقيقة 85، مثبتاً تفوق فريقه في اللحظات الحاسمة من المباراة.

ورفع الفيصلي رصيده إلى 15 نقطة في صدارة الترتيب، فيما تجمد رصيد الأهلي عند 8 نقاط في المركز الخامس، مع بقاء المنافسات مفتوحة في الجولات المقبلة.
