هنأت مساعد رئيس مجلس النواب النائب هالة الجراح الدكتورة حنان ملكاوي على فوزها بجائزة أفضل عالم عربي في التكنولوجيا الحيوية للميكروبات، مؤكدة أن هذا الإنجاز يشكّل فخرًا وطنيًا ويعكس قدرة الكفاءات الأردنية على التميز في أكثر المجالات العلمية تطورًا.

وأشادت الجراح بما حققته الدكتورة ملكاوي خلال مسيرتها العلمية والبحثية، مشيرة إلى أن نيلها تكريمًا من جلالة الملك عبد الله الثاني المعظم يعبر عن إيمان جلالته بقدرة أبناء الوطن على الريادة والإبداع، ودعمه المتواصل للعلماء والمتميزين.

وقالت أن إنجازها اليوم هو مصدر إلهام للباحثين والطلبة، ورسالة بأن المرأة العربية قادرة على التواجد في الصفوف المتقدمة للعلم والمعرفة والاكتشاف.
