"التنفيذ القضائي" تدعو السائقين لتصويب أوضاعهم لتجنّب الحجز الميداني

أعلنت إدارة التنفيذ القضائي في مديرية الأمن العام أن وصول رسالة (SMS) إلى صاحب المركبة يشير إلى وجود طلب قضائي يستوجب المراجعة الفورية.

وأضافت الإدارة أنه سيتم، عقب الإشعار، تفعيل الحجز القضائي الإلكتروني على المركبة، ما يعني أن أي مشاهدة أو إيقاف لها سيؤدي إلى ضبطها وحجزها وفقًا لأحكام القانون.

ودعت الإدارة أصحاب المركبات إلى الإسراع في تصويب أوضاعهم القانونية لتجنّب الحجز الميداني.
