ماكرون: هناك فرصة لتحقيق تقدّم حقيقي باتّجاه سلام "جيّد" في أوكرانيا

قال الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون الثلاثاء إن هناك "أخيرا فرصة سانحة لإحراز تقدم حقيقي نحو سلام جيد" بين أوكرانيا وروسيا، وذلك في افتتاح مؤتمر عبر الفيديو لقادة "تحالف الدول الراغبة" الداعم لكييف.

لكن الرئيس الفرنسي حذّر قائلا "لكن الشرط الأساسي للسلام الجيد هو سلسلة من الضمانات الأمنية القوية، وليس مجرد ضمانات على الورق"، مضيفا أن وزير الخارجية الأميركي ماركو روبيو سينضم أيضا إلى اجتماع التحالف الذي يتألف بشكل رئيسي من دول أوروبية راغبة في تقديم هذه الضمانات لأوكرانيا.
