غوتيريش يرى أن أي خطة سلام في أوكرانيا ينبغي أن تحترم "وحدة أراضيها"

نبّه الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش الجمعة إلى أن أي خطة سلام لأوكرانيا ينبغي أن تحترم "وحدة أراضيها"، وذلك عشية قمة لمجموعة العشرين في جوهانسبرغ.

وسئل غوتيريش عن الخطة التي طرحتها الولايات المتحدة لإنهاء الحرب في اوكرانيا، فاجاب أن هذه الخطة "لم تقدم أبدا في شكل رسمي من جانب الولايات المتحدة أو من أي كيان".

لكنه اوضح أن أي خطة سلام يجب ان تحترم ميثاق الامم المتحدة والقانون الدولي و"قرارات الجمعية العامة (للأمم المتحدة) التي تشدد بوضوح على احترام وحدة أراضي أوكرانيا".
