صرّح ممثل روسيا الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف، غينادي غاتيلوف، اليوم الخميس، بأن روسيا مستعدة لاستئناف الحوار مع الولايات المتحدة بشأن خفض الأسلحة النووية.

وقال غاتيلوف لصحيفة "إزفستيا" الروسية: "روسيا مستعدة لاستئناف الحوار مع الولايات المتحدة بشأن خفض الأسلحة النووية إذا تم تهيئة الظروف المناسبة لذلك".
