علقت قاضية بالولايات المتحدة الأربعاء قرار إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترامب إنهاء الوضع المؤقت للحماية من الترحيل وإنهاء تصاريح العمل لأكثر من 6100 سوري إلى حين الانتهاء من النظر في طعن قانوني.

وقالت القاضية كاثرين بولك فايلا في مانهاتن إن الإلغاء المفاجئ لوضع الحماية المؤقت للسوريين من المرجح أنه غير قانوني، وهو ما اتفق مع مسعى سبعة مهاجرين سوريين لوقف العمل بهذه السياسة يوم الجمعة. ويقول السوريون إن التغيير تعسفي ومدفوع بعداء على أسس عنصرية.

ويحق لإدارة ترامب الطعن على الفور. وأصدرت فايلا، التي كان الرئيس الديمقراطي السابق باراك أوباما هو من عينها، الحكم خلال جلسة استماع عقدت عن بعد. (رويترز)
