أعلن ولي العهد السعودي الأمير محمد بن سلمان، الثلاثاء، أنه يرغب في المضي نحو الاعتراف بإسرائيل "في أقرب وقت ممكن"، لكنه شدد على أنه يريد أيضا التأكد من أن الطريق نحو حلّ الدولتين واضح.

وقال بن سلمان في المكتب البيضوي إلى جانب الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب "نرغب في أن نكون جزءا من الاتفاقيات الإبراهيمية. لكننا نريد أيضا التأكد من أن الطريق نحو حلّ الدولتين مرسوم بوضوح".

وأضاف أنه أجرى "مناقشة بنّاءة" بشأن هذا الملف مع ترامب، مؤكدا "سنعمل على ذلك لضمان تهيئة الظروف المناسبة في أقرب وقت ممكن لتحقيق هذا الهدف".
