ألمح الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب إلى إمكان إجراء محادثات مع نظيره الفنزويلي نيكولاس مادور، وذلك عقب إعلان واشنطن أنها تخطط لتصنيف عصابة مخدرات تزعم أن مادورو يقودها "منظمة إرهابية أجنبية".

وقال ترامب للصحافيين في مطار بالم بيتش الدولي بولاية فلوريدا "ربما نجري بعض المناقشات مع مادورو، وسنرى ما الذي ستكون عليه النتيجة"، مضيفا "أنهم يرغبون بالحوار".
