اندماج حزب الأنصار الأردني بحزب نماء تحت مسمى (حزب نماء)

قرر مجلس مفوضي الهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب اعتبار إجراءات اندماج (حزب الأنصار الأردني) في (حزب نماء) تحت مسمى (حزب نماء) صحيحة.

وبحسب القرار الصادر في الجريدة الرسمية؛ فإن الإجراءات "منسجمة مع إجراءات الاندماج المنصوص عليها في المادة (32) من قانون الأحزاب السياسية رقم (7) لسنة 2022 والمادة رقم (10) من التعليمات التنفيذية الخاصة بتأسيس الأحزاب السياسية ومتابعة شؤونها لسنة 2024 وتعديلاتها".

وأضافت الهيئة أن حزب نماء يعتبر الخلف القانوني والواقعي لحزب الأنصار الأردني)، وتؤول إليه جميع الحقوق العائدة له، ويتحمل الالتزامات المترتبة عليه بموجب المادة (32/د) من قانون الأحزاب السياسية.

كما قررت اعتبار حزب الأنصار الأردني منحلا حكما بموجب المادة (32/د) من قانون الأحزاب السياسية.
