أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشرقية فجر اليوم السبت على واجهتها وضمن منطقة مسؤوليتها ثلاث محاولات تهريب كميات كبيرة من المواد المخدرة محملة بواسطة بالونات موجهة بأجهزة بدائية الصنع، اذ جرى التعامل معها واسقاطها وحمولتها داخل الأراضي الأردنية بعد رصدها في مواقع مختلفة من قبل قوات حرس الحدود بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات وتم تحويل المضبوطات إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
