دعت غرفة تجارة العقبة الإخوة التجار إلى اتخاذ أقصى درجات الحيطة والحذر نظراً للحالة الجوية السائدة وما يُتوقع من هطولات مطرية غزيرة خلال الساعات القادمة.

وأكدت الغرفة في تنويه صادر عن دائرة العلاقات العامة والإعلام على ضرورة تفقد المستودعات والتأكد من سلامة الأسقف ومصارف المياه، وفصل الأجهزة الكهربائية غير الضرورية لتجنب حدوث أي تماس كهربائي، إضافة إلى تأمين البضائع في أماكن مرتفعة وآمنة من تسرب المياه.

كما شددت الغرفة على أهمية متابعة النشرات الجوية أولاً بأول واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية اللازمة حفاظاً على سلامة التجار وممتلكاتهم.

وأكدت أن سلامة التجار وممتلكاتهم تمثل أولوية قصوى في ظل الظروف الجوية الراهنة.
