أصدر الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس، مرسوما رئاسيا يقضي بتعديل تشكيل الحكومة الفلسطينية التاسعة عشرة، بتعيين محمد فاروق زكي الأحمد وزيرا للنقل والمواصلات، وقرارا بقانون بمنحه الثقة وزيرا في الحكومة التاسعة عشرة.

على أن يؤدي اليمين القانونية أمام الرئيس وبحضور رئيس الوزراء في وقت لاحق.

كما أصدر عباس، قرارا رئاسيا بتعيين أيمن محمود أحمد قنديل رئيسا للهيئة العامة للمعابر والحدود.
