دعت مديرية الأمن العام المواطنين إلى ضرورة أخذ الحيطة والحذر، وانتهاج السلوك السليم خلال حالة عدم الاستقرار الجوي المتوقعة نهاية عطلة الأسبوع.

وحذرت المديرية من خطر الرياح المحملة بالغبار واحتمالية تشكل السيول في بعض المناطق، مؤكدة أهمية الابتعاد عن جوانب الأودية ومواقع تجمع المياه

كما شددت المديرية على ضرورة توخي أقصى درجات الحذر أثناء القيادة، خوفاً من الانزلاقات وخصوصاً في بدايات تساقط الأمطار التي قد تؤدي إلى تشكل طبقة لزجة على الطرق.

ودعت المواطنين إلى عدم التردد بالاتصال على رقم الطوارئ الموحد (911) عند الحاجة أو للإبلاغ عن أي حالة تستدعي المساعدة.
