من المقرر أن ينعقد الخميس ملتقى الأعمال الأردني – الفيتنامي، ضمن زيارة جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني إلى فيتنام.

وبين جلالته خلال مباحثات عقدها مع رئيس جمهورية فيتنام لونغ كونغ في العاصمة هانوي، الأربعاء، أن ملتقى الأعمال الأردني – الفيتنامي، يشكل مرحلة جديدة من التعاون وتعزيز الشراكات بين القطاعين الخاصين الأردني والفيتنامي في مختلف المجالات، وربط جنوب شرق آسيا بالشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا وأوروبا.

وتناولت المباحثات فرص توسيع التعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين في قطاعات واعدة مثل صناعة الأدوية والمعدات الطبية، والزراعة، والأغذية الحلال.

ووقعت حكومتا الأردن وفيتنام على مذكرة تفاهم بين وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين الأردنية ووزارة الخارجية الفيتنامية، ومذكرة تفاهم أخرى بين المعهد الدبلوماسي الأردني والأكاديمية الدبلوماسية في فيتنام.
