“الأراضي والمساحة” تعتزم استملاك أراض لأغراض سلطة المياه

أعلنت دائرة الأراضي والمساحة اليوم الثلاثاء عن نيتها تقديم طلب إلى مجلس الوزراء بالموافقة على إستملاك وتخلي عن مساحات من قطع أراضي إستملاكاً مطلقاً وحيازة فورية لأغراض سلطة المياه.وقالت دائرة الأراضي والمساحة إنها ستتقدم بعد 15 يوما من تاريخه، إلى مجلس الوزراء بطلب إصدار قرار بالموافقة على استملاك مساحات من قطع أراضٍ، استملاكا مطلقا وحيازة فورية لأغراضسلطة المياه.ويأتي ذلك، عملا بأحكام المادة رقم (181) من قانون الملكية العقارية رقم (13) لسنة 2019.
