أشاد الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب الإثنين باتفاق تسوية يرمي لإنهاء أطول إغلاق حكومي في تاريخ الولايات المتحدة، ووصفه بأنه "جيد جدا".

وقال ترامب لصحافيين في المكتب البيضوي إن الإغلاق الحكومي سينتهي "سريعا جدا"، وأضاف ردا على سؤال بشأن التزامه بشروط الاتفاق المتضمّنة إعادة موظفين فدراليين تم فصلهم خلال الإغلاق إلى عملهم، إنه "سيلتزم بالاتفاق" وإن "الاتفاق جيد جدا".
