أكد المدير التنفيذي للمرور في أمانة عمان محمد الجدوع، أن الاعتراض على مخالفات السير ضمن اختصاص أمانة عمّان ما يزال مطبقا ومعمولا به.

وأشار الجدوع، إلى أن الاعتراض على المخالفات سابقا كان على قيمة المخالفة، بينما تطبق الأمانة الاعتراض على صحة المخالفة.

وأوضح أن أي مواطن له الحق في الاعتراض على صحة مخالفته وإذا اتضح عدم صحتها يتم شطبها.
