بدء إعطاء موافقات استيراد زيت الزيتون الأسبوع المقبل

قال الأمين العام لوزارة الزراعة محمد الحياري، الأحد، إنه جرى السماح باستيراد كمية تُقدَّر بـ4 آلاف طن من زيت الزيتون لتغطية احتياجات السوق المحلي في المرحلة الأولى.

وأضاف في تصريح لـ"المملكة" أن من الشروط ألا يزيد وزن عبوة زيت الزيتون المستورد عن 8 كغم.

وأكدت وزارة الزراعة في وقت سابق أن احتياج الأردن من زيت الزيتون يصل إلى 25 ألف طن.

وشدد الحياري على أنه لن يكون هناك أي نوع من الاحتكار في ملف استيراد زيت الزيتون.

ولفت إلى أنه اعتبارًا من الأسبوع المقبل، ستبدأ الوزارة بإعطاء موافقات استيراد زيت الزيتون.

وأشار إلى أنه بعد فتح باب الاستيراد وتلبية احتياجات السوق المحلي، قد يتم فتح باب تصدير زيت الزيتون الأردني، في حال تم إدخال كميات مناسبة من الزيت إلى الأردن.
