موسكو: واشنطن أبلغتنا بإجراء تجربة صاروخ عابر للقارات

أعلن الكرملين، اليوم الخميس، أن الولايات المتحدة أبلغت روسيا عبر القنوات الرسمية بين البلدين بشأن إجراء تجربة صاروخ "مينيوتمان-3" الباليستي العابر للقارات، في إطار آليات الإخطار المتبادلة المعمول بها بين الجانبين.

وأكد الكرملين في بيان صحفي، أن موسكو لا تعتبر نفسها في سباق تسلح مع واشنطن، مشدداً على أن روسيا تلتزم بمبادئ الشفافية والاستقرار الإستراتيجي، وتسعى للحفاظ على التوازن الدولي وتفادي أي تصعيد غير ضروري.
