اختارت الهيئة الرقابة الشرعية المركزية للصكوك الإسلامية في هيئة الأوراق المالية الدكتور موسى القضاة، رئيسًا بالتزكية.

كم تم اختيار الدكتور حسان أبو عرقوب مدير البحوث والدراسات في دائرة الإفتاء العام نائبًا للرئيس بالتزكية أيضًا، وجاء ذلك بعد قرار مجلس الوزراء بتعيين أعضاء الهيئة بناء على تنسيب مجلس الإفتاء، ،والتي تضم في عضويتها أيضاً كلاً من الدكتور محمد طلافحة والدكتورة هناء الحنيطي، والدكتور منير أحمد.
