أعلنت الحكومة الأميركية الأربعاء أنها ستطلب من شركات طيران إلغاء رحلات اعتبارا من الجمعة "لتخفيف الضغط" عن خدمة المراقبة الجوية التي تعاني غيابات كثيرة بسبب الإغلاق الحكومي.

وقال وزير النقل شون دافي في مؤتمر صحافي "سنقلّص القدرات" بالنسبة إلى الرحلات الجوية "بنسبة 10 في المئة في 40" من المطارات الأكثر ازدحاما في البلاد.
