برامج لرفع مستوى الوعي البيئي لدى الشباب

اختتمت مديرية شباب البترا ومديرية شباب الطفيلة فعاليات برنامج «التطوع الأخضر» الذي تنفذه وزارة الشباب بالتعاون مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة «اليونيسف»، بمشاركة مختلف المراكز الشبابية في المحافظتين.

ويهدف البرنامج إلى رفع مستوى الوعي البيئي لدى الشباب، وتنمية مهاراتهم في التعامل مع قضايا التغير المناخي، من خلال تدريبات تفاعلية ركزت على فهم أسباب الظاهرة وآثارها وسبل الحد منها عبر مبادرات بيئية وممارسات مستدامة.

وشمل البرنامج سلسلة من الورش والجلسات التدريبية التي تناولت مفاهيم التطوع الأخضر، وأهمية السلوك البيئي الايجابي، وكيفية تنظيم المبادرات المجتمعية الهادفة الى حماية البيئة، الى جانب تدريبات عملية في التواصل البيئي والتخطيط للمشاريع الخضراء.

وأطلق المشاركون عدداً من المبادرات الميدانية لزراعة الأشجار في المنطقة.
