تحطمت الثلاثاء مروحية تابعة للجيش الفلبيني كانت تتوجه للمشاركة في جهود الإغاثة من إعصار "كالمايغي" في شمال جزيرة مينداناو، على ما أفاد مركز قيادة إقليمي، من دون أن يتطرق إلى احتمال وجود ناجين.

وأعلنت قيادة مينداناو الشرقية في بيان أن المروحية "سوبر هوي" تحطّمت خلال توجّهها إلى مدينة بوتوان الساحلية "لدعم عمليات الإغاثة" المرتبطة بالإعصار، مضيفة أن عمليات البحث والإنقاذ جارية.
