هيئة الإعلام تعمم بحظر النشر بقضية موظف في دائرة الآثار العامة

عممت هيئة الإعلام، الاثنين، وفق قرار النائب العام في عمان، حظر النشر في القضية الجنائية رقم (2025/647) المتعلقة بأحد موظفي دائرة الآثار العامة استنادا لأحكام المادة (1/39) من قانون المطبوعات والنشر، والمادة (225) من قانون العقوبات.

وشددت الهيئة على ضرورة الالتزام بعدم نشر أية معلومات تتعلق بالقضية أو مجريات التحقيق فيها وعدم نشر أو إعادة نشر أو تداول أية صور أو فيديوهات تتعلق بها، علما بأن هذا الحظر يشمل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
