الأردن.. حظر نشر قضية جنائية بحق موظف دائرة الآثار

عممت هيئة الإعلام، اليوم الاثنين، وفق قرار النائب العام في عمان، حظر النشر في القضية الجنائية رقم (2025/647) المتعلقة بالموظف لدى ملاك دائرة الآثار العامة المدعو (حسام مصطفى صالح حسين ) استناداً لأحكام المادة (1/39) من قانون المطبوعات والنشر، والمادة (225) من قانون العقوبات.

وشددت الهيئة على ضرورة الالتزام بعدم نشر أية معلومات تتعلق بالقضية أو مجريات التحقيق فيها وعدم نشر أو إعادة نشر أو تداول أية صور أو فيديوهات تتعلق بها، علماً بأن هذا الحظر يشمل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
