فرض نادي الفجيرة للفنون القتالية تألقه في بطولة الصداقة الكورية للتايكواندو بعد تتويجه بالمركز الأول وتقديم عناصره مستويات لافتة الأنظار.

وجاء حصاد النادي في فئة الإناث 8 ميداليات ذهبية و5 فضيات و10 برونزيات وللذكور 5 ذهبيات ومثلها فضيات و19 برونزية لتكون المحصلة 42 ميدالية ملونة.

وأوضحت أسرة النادي لـ"الرأي" أن ذلك التطور يعزز الحضور بعد ارتفاع سقف العمل من خلال المشاركات في البطولات كافة والتفاعل مع المجتمع المحلي والظهور في مسابقات الدول الصديقة والشقيقة، ما يعكس فرصة الاحتكاك.

على تيار آخر نجح فريق الكاراتيه من نيل 35 ميدالية ملونة في بطولة نجوم المستقبل بواقع 13 ذهبية و12 فضية و10 برونزية
