أمرت النيابة العامة في ليبيا بحبس وزير التربية والتعليم المكلف، في حكومة طربلس، علي العابد، ومدير عام مركز المناهج التعليمية والبحوث التربوية، بتهمة الإهمال في التعاقد على طباعة الكتاب المدرسي.

ونقل موقع "بوابة الوسط" الليبي أن العابد، كلف بمهام وزير التربية والتعليم، بالإضافة إلى مهامه وزيراً للعمل والتأهيل، بعد حكم قضائي بالسجن ضد وزير التربية والتعليم موسى المقريف، بعد إدانته بالفساد عند طباعة الكتاب المدرسي أيضاً.

وقالت النيابة في بيان، السبت، إن رئيس النيابة قرر حبس المسؤولين على ذمة التحقيق بتهمة الإضرار بالمصلحة العامة وإخلالهما بالحق في التعلم.

وأعلن ديوان المحاسبة من جهته رصد مخالفات في طباعة وتوريد الكتاب المدرسي والتقني، ما أدى إلى تأخر توريده، وحرمان الطلاب منه.
