قاد النجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو فريق النصر لتحقيق أفضل انطلاقة في تاريخه ضمن منافسات دوري روشن السعودي، بعدما سجل ثنائية قاد بها فريقه للفوز على الفيحاء بنتيجة 2-1، ضمن الجولة السابعة من المسابقة.

ورغم تأخر النصر بهدف في بداية اللقاء، تمكن رونالدو من قلب النتيجة بهدف في كل شوط، ليواصل الفريق انتصاراته محققًا العلامة الكاملة بسبعة انتصارات متتالية، في إنجاز غير مسبوق بتاريخ النادي في الدوري.

وسبق للعالمي أن بدأ الموسم بـ6 انتصارات متتالية في نسخة 2014-2015، قبل أن يتعثر في الجولة السابعة أمام الأهلي بهدفين لهدف، لكنه أنهى الموسم حينها بطلاً للمسابق.
