كشف تقرير سري أميركي، أن القوات الإسرائيلية ارتكبت مئات الانتهاكات المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان في قطاع غزة.

ونقلت صحيفة "واشنطن بوست" الأميركية، الخميس، عن مسؤولين مطلعين، أن التقرير الصادر عن هيئة الرقابة التابعة لوزارة الخارجية لفت إلى أن الوزارة تحتاج لعدة سنوات لمراجعة هذه الانتهاكات.

ويحظر تشريع (ليهي) الأميركي تقديم المساعدات الأمنية للوحدات العسكرية الأجنبية المتهمة بشكل موثوق بارتكاب انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان.

وقال مسؤولون أميركيون ناقشوا تفاصيل التقرير، إن نتائج هيئة الرقابة أثارت شكوكا حول احتمالات مساءلة إسرائيل عن أفعالها، نظرا لتراكم الحوادث الكبير وطبيعة عملية المراجعة التي تراعي الجيش الإسرائيلي.
