صدر في عدد الجريدة الرسمية، اليوم الخميس، قرار مجلس مفوضي الهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب بحل حزبي إرادة وتقدم، بعد اندماجهما في حزب "مبادرة".

واعتبر المجلس، أنّ إجراءات الاندماج التي أجريت وفق القانون صحيحة وتنسجم مع المادة (32) من قانون الأحزاب السياسية رقم (7) لسنة 2022 والمادة رقم (10) من التعليمات التنفيذية الخاصة بتأسيس الأحزاب السياسية ومتابعة شؤونها لسنة 2024 وتعديلاتها.

كما اعتبر القرار، حزب مبادرة الخلف القانوني والواقعي لحزبي تقدم وإرادة وتؤول إليه جميع الحقوق العائدة لهم ويتحمل الالتزامات المترتبة عليهم بموجب المادة (??/د) من قانون الأحزاب السياسية المشار إليه أعلاه.
