قال الرئيس الأميركي، دونالد ترامب، الأربعاء، إن وقف إطلاق النار ليس في خطر بعد الضربات الإسرائيلية في قطاع غزة.

وقال ترامب للصحفيين: "لا شيء سيهدد وقف إطلاق النار في غزة".

وتابع الرئيس الأميركي: "لقد قتلوا جنديا إسرائيليا، ولذلك رد الإسرائيليون، وكان عليهم أن يردوا. عندما يحدث ذلك، يجب عليهم الرد".

واعتبر ترامب، أن "حماس جزء صغير ضمن اتفاق للشرق الأوسط"، مضيفا أن "لإسرائيل الحق في الانتقام" و"إن لم تلتزم حماس سيتم القضاء عليها".

كانت مصادر طبية فلسطينية قد أفادت، الأربعاء، بمقتل 37 شخصا وجرح العشرات نتيجة الهجمات الإسرائيلية على مدينتي غزة وخان يونس في قطاع غزة.

وفي وقت سابق، أفادت وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية، ليلة الأربعاء، بسقوط 30 قتيلا على الأقل في الغارات الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة.
