وزير باكستاني: محادثات السلام مع أفغانستان "فشلت"

قال وزير الإعلام الباكستاني، الأربعاء، إن المحادثات التي تهدف إلى هدنة طويلة الأمد بين أفغانستان وباكستان اختتمت في إسطنبول من دون التوصل إلى "حل عملي"، في ضربة للسلام بالمنطقة بعد اشتباكات دامية في وقت سابق من أكتوبر.

وكانت المحادثات تهدف إلى التوصل إلى سلام دائم بين الجارتين بعد مقتل عشرات على طول حدودهما في أسوأ أعمال عنف من هذا النوع منذ سيطرة طالبان على السلطة في كابول عام 2021.

وقال وزير الإعلام الباكستاني عطا الله ترار، في بيان صدر في وقت مبكر من الأربعاء: "استمر الجانب الأفغاني في الانحراف عن القضية الأساسية، متهربا من النقطة الرئيسية التي بدأت على أساسها عملية الحوار".

وأضاف: "بدلا من قبول أي مسؤولية، لجأت حركة طالبان الأفغانية إلى لعبة إلقاء اللوم والتهرب والحيل. وبالتالي، فشل الحوار في التوصل إلى أي حل عملي".
