نقلت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية، الأحد، عن مسؤول إسرائيلي قوله إن الصليب الأحمر يتعاون مع حركة حماس لتحديد مواقع رفات رهائن داخل منطقة خاضعة لسيطرة الجيش الإسرائيلي في قطاع غزة.

وأعلن متحدث باسم الحكومة الإسرائيلية أن رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو وافق على دخول فريق فني مصري للمساعدة في البحث عن الرفات خلف "الخط الأصفر".

وأوضح المتحدث أن السلطات الإسرائيلية سمحت للصليب الأحمر والفريق المصري بالقيام بعمليات البحث عن جثث رهائن يُعتقد أنهم قُتلوا، في منطقة تقع وراء "الخط الأصفر" الذي يحدد نطاق انسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي في غزة، مؤكداً في الوقت نفسه أن إسرائيل ستحتفظ بسيطرتها الأمنية الكاملة على القطاع.
