أكدت وزارة الخارجية الروسية، اليوم الجمعة، أن مسار التسوية الأوكرانية يواجه مرحلة "جمود طويل الأمد"، مشيرة إلى أن الموقف المتعنت لسلطات كييف هو السبب الرئيسي في غياب أي تقدم على الصعيد السياسي.

وأضافت الخارجية الروسية في بيان صحفي:" موسكو لا تزال منفتحة على الحوار البنّاء، لكنها ترى أن السلطات الأوكرانية ترفض أي مبادرات واقعية للحل، ما يطيل أمد الصراع ويعرقل جهود تحقيق الاستقرار في المنطقة.
