ترامب يصف رئيس كولومبيا بـ"البلطجي والرجل السيئ"

دخل الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب ونظيره الكولومبي غوستافو بيترو في حرب كلامية الأربعاء، تبادلا خلالها تهديدات بـ"إجراءات خطيرة جدًا" ودعاوى قضائية، في وقت وصلت فيه العلاقات بين البلدين الحليفين سابقًا إلى أدنى مستوياتها.

ووصف ترامب بيترو بأنه "بلطجي ورجل سيئ" وادّعى أنه تاجر مخدرات يقود بلاده نحو الخراب، ما دفع الزعيم الكولومبي اليساري إلى الرد قائلًا: "سأدافع عن نفسي قانونيًا بمحامين أمريكيين أمام المحاكم الأمريكية".

وأعلن ترامب الأربعاء أن المساعدات الأمريكية إلى كولومبيا قد تم تعليقها، بينما كشف وزير دفاعه عن تنفيذ ضربة جوية استهدفت قاربًا يُشتبه في تهريبه للمخدرات قبالة الساحل الهادئ.

وفي وقت لاحق، حذّر ترامب نظيره الكولومبي قائلًا:

"من الأفضل أن يحذر، وإلا فسنتخذ إجراءات خطيرة جدًا ضده وضد بلاده".
