صرح مصدر مسؤول في القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الأردنية _ الجيش العربي أنه سيتم انتداب ممثل أردني للمشاركة ضمن فريق دولي يعمل من أجل تنفيذ بنود مرتبطة بوقف إطلاق النار بغزة وإدخال المساعدات وإعادة الإعمار.

وقال المصدر المسؤول في تصريح اليوم إن مركزاً تشارك به عدة دول أقيم في أعقاب التوقيع على اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار بالقطاع، مبيناً أنه قد جرى افتتاح المركز رسمياً يوم الثلاثاء 21 تشرين الأول الحالي في موقع قريب من الحدود الشمالية لغزة.

وبين أن دور الممثل الأردني سينصب في "مركز التنسيق المدني العسكري" على تنسيق الجهود المشتركة من أجل نقل المساعدات الإنسانية إلى القطاع (الغذائية والإغاثية).
