قررت وزارة التربية والتعليم اعتماد عقد العمل الموحد الإلكتروني لتعيينات العاملين في المؤسسات التعليمية الخاصة ورياض الأطفال الخاصة، ابتداءً من العام الدراسي 2025/2026.

وأكد قرار وزير التربية والتعليم، في كتاب له"، ضرورة تطبيق العقد الموحد الإلكتروني بدلًا من العقود الورقية.

وشدد وزير التربية والتعليم في كتابه الموجه إلى مديري ومديرات المدارس الخاصة ورياض الأطفال، ضرورة الالتزام بالعقد الإلكتروني الموحد للعاملين اعتبارًا من العام الدراسي الحالي، مشيرًا إلى أنه لن يُقبل بعد الآن استخدام العقود الورقية في التعيينات الجديدة.
