أكد رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتانياهو الاثنين أن إسرائيل ألقت "153 طنا من القنابل" على قطاع غزة الأحد.

وقال نتنياهو من على منبر الكنيست خلال الجلسة الافتتاحية لدورة الشتاء "لقد ألقينا أمس 153 طنا من القنابل على مناطق مختلفة من قطاع غزة بعد مقتل اثنين من جنودنا على يد حماس".

وكان الجيش الإسرائيلي أعلن الأحد مقتل جنديين في اشتباكات دارت في رفح جنوب قطاع غزة. وبعد شن سلسلة من الغارات على القطاع واتهام حماس بخرق اتفاق وقف اطلاق النار، أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي استئناف تطبيق وقف النار. من جهتها، نفت حركة حماس علمها بوقوع اشتباكات في رفح، وجددت تأكيدها على الالتزام الكامل بوقف إطلاق النار الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ في 10 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر.
