أكد وزير الطاقة والثروة المعدنية صالح الخرابشة، الأربعاء، جاهزية الأردن لتزويد لبنان بجزء من احتياجاته من الطاقة الكهربائية فور اكتمال جاهزية الأطراف الأخرى ذات العلاقة.

وأشار الخرابشة خلال لقائه نظيره اللبناني جوزيف الصدي، إلى أن خطوط الربط من جهة الأردن جاهزة بالكامل.

ولفت إلى التوجيهات الملكية السامية بتمتين التعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين، لا سيما في مجال الربط الكهربائي وإيصال الغاز الطبيعي.

وبحث الخرابشة والصدي، إمكانية إيصال الغاز الطبيعي عبر خط الغاز العربي إلى لبنان، في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين البلدين.

وأكد عمق العلاقات التاريخية بين الأردن ولبنان.

وحضر اللقاء الأمينة العامة للوزارة أماني العزام، ومدير عام شركة الكهرباء الوطنية سفيان بطاينة.
