التقى سمو الأمير الحسين بن عبدﷲ الثاني، ولي العهد، في لندن، الثلاثاء، رئيس أركان الدفاع البريطاني الفريق أول جوي السير ريتشارد نايتون.

وأكد سمو ولي العهد أهمية تعزيز الشراكة بين الأردن والمملكة المتحدة في المجالات كافة، خصوصا الدفاعية منها.

وتطرق اللقاء إلى المستجدات الإقليمية، لا سيما في غزة والضفة الغربية وسوريا ولبنان، وسبل استعادة الاستقرار في المنطقة.

وحضر اللقاء السفير الأردني في لندن منار الدباس، ومدير مكتب سمو ولي العهد، الدكتور زيد البقاعين.
