ترامب يقول إن "الحرب انتهت" في غزة

أكد الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب الأحد انتهاء الحرب في غزة، وذلك خلال توجهه إلى اسرائيل ومصر للاحتفال باتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في القطاع والإفراج عن الرهائن.

وقال ترامب للصحافيين في رد على سؤال عما إذا كان واثقا من انتهاء النزاع بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس، "الحرب انتهت. حسنا؟ هل فهمتم ذلك".

وأكد أن مجلس سلام سيُشكّل قريبًا لإدارة المرحلة المقبلة في غزة.

وتوقع ترامب إطلاق سراح الرهائن قريبًا، وأشاد بدور قطر في التوصل إلى الاتفاق، كما أثنى على أداء رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، واصفًا إياه بأنه "قام بعمل جيد للغاية".
