أعرب جلالة الملك عبدﷲ الثاني خلال اتصال هاتفي مع سمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير دولة قطر، عن تعازيه بضحايا الحادث المروري الذي وقع بمدينة شرم الشيخ المصرية، وأسفر عن وقوع ضحايا من منتسبي الديوان الأميري القطري.

وعبر جلالة الملك خلال الاتصال، الأحد، عن مواساته بهذا المصاب، سائلا العلي القدير أن يتغمد الضحايا بواسع رحمته، ويمن على المصابين بالشفاء العاجل.

وتطرق الاتصال إلى اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار في غزة، إذ ثمن جلالته جهود قطر في التوصل للاتفاقية، إلى جانب الولايات المتحدة ومصر وتركيا، مؤكدا ضرورة تنفيذ جميع مراحلها.
